ERA Colonial Real Estate joins forces with Kuper Realty Corporation
PARSIPPANY, NJ, June 16, 2003 – ERA Franchise Systems LLC announced today that network affiliate ERA Colonial Real Estate in Harker Heights, Texas, and Kuper Realty Corporation in San Antonio, have united to create a network of more than 150 sales associates serving Central and South Texas. The new firm will operate as ERA Kuper Realty Corporation.
In 2002, the two brokerages achieved a total of more than $12.1 million in gross closed income (GCI). As ERA Kuper Realty Corporation, the brokerage will continue to operate in three existing office locations throughout San Antonio.
ERA Colonial Real Estate, a multi-office brokerage serving communities throughout Central Texas, has been helping people achieve the dream of homeownership since 1987. The company is an ERA® President's Circle Top 50 brokerage and a member of the National Military Broker Network.
Kuper Realty Corporation has served the San Antonio area since 1972, specializing in luxury home sales and relocation services. Its sales professionals boast more than 1,500 years of combined experience in the real estate industry. Charlie Kuper, president, Kuper Realty Corporation, will oversee operations of the newly created brokerage.
